1. What CALLD is
CALLD is a waitlist product operated by Toffee (“Toffee,” “we,” “us”). CALLD is not a sportsbook, an exchange, or a trading platform, and it does not hold any CFTC or NFA registration. Live-looking market prices shown in the app are a preview only — they never become an order, a trade, or a contract, and no money changes hands inside CALLD at any point.
Real event contracts, when they exist, are operated separately by ProphetX, a CFTC-regulated designated contract market. CALLD does not integrate with or route any activity to ProphetX’s trading product.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use CALLD. At launch, CALLD is available only to people who declare a state of residence of Texas or Georgia; declaring any other state places you on a waitlist with no guaranteed access date. We rely on the state you declare, not on your device’s location, to decide eligibility — the two may be compared for other purposes but a mismatch alone is not treated as a violation of these Terms.
3. Verified phone number
Creating a CALLD account requires verifying a phone number by SMS one-time code through a third-party provider. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the number you submit and for any charges your carrier applies to the verification text.
4. Calls are non-binding
A “Call” you make in CALLD is a prediction against one side of a real-world game — nothing more. It is not a bet, wager, trade, or order, creates no contract between you and CALLD or anyone else, and has no cash value. Making a Call does not risk your Balance or any money.
5. Balance
On verification you receive a starting Balance of $10, provided by Toffee. Balance is not cash: it cannot be deposited, withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed for money or anything else, and it does not represent a claim on Toffee, CALLD, or ProphetX. Verified referrals increase your Balance by $2 each, up to a cap of $20. We may adjust, correct, or revoke Balance amounts that result from a technical error or from activity we determine in good faith to be fraudulent.
6. Referrals and waitlist position
Sharing your referral link may improve your position on the launch waitlist and increase your Balance, but only once the person you referred completes phone verification — clicks and shares alone don’t count. We may hold, delay, or reverse referral rewards while we review activity for fraud, and we may remove accounts that generate referrals through automated, incentivized-outside-the-program, or otherwise abusive means.
7. SMS messages
By verifying your number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from CALLD about your Call results, launch updates, security alerts, product updates, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. This consent is not a condition of using any other product or service.
8. No warranty
CALLD is provided as a preview, “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Market prices and percentages shown are illustrative and may not reflect real-world odds or outcomes. We don’t guarantee that CALLD will be available at any particular time, that it will launch in your state, or that settlement texts will arrive at any particular time after a game ends.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms as CALLD changes. If we make a material change, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above; continued use after that update means you accept the revised Terms.
